Prosciutto, salami, rosemary ham, triple cream brie, goat cheese and Ossau Iraty with sliced baguette and a selection of palate cleansers like Spanish almonds and membrillo.

GRAND CRU TRAY FOR TWO $30

An elegant selection of cheeses for two. Makes a great companion for wine tastings or unwinding at the end of the day with a bottle of your favorite wine, beer or special someone. Aged Gouda, Brillat Savarin triple crème, seasonally selected Andante Dairy cheese, Blue and an aged goat with a variety of accompaniments, from olives to fruit paste. And of course, sliced baguette!

CHEESE AND CHARCUTERIE BOARD

The classic party tray! Fine meats and cheeses; always a favorite at social gatherings. Add in a little-sliced bread, and you’ve got a hassle-free entertaining option. 3-4 cured meats and 3-4 cheeses, depending upon the size of the board. The variety of cheese includes hard and soft, as well as a mix of milk. Nuts, olives, fruits, and spread or paste will round out the flavor profiles, and sliced baguette to complete the service.

 

TRADITIONAL CHEESE BOARD

For the cheese lovers! A carefully chosen collection of cheese to compliment many styles of wine and keep everyone’s attention. Triple crème, Andante Dairy selection, washed rind, sheep milk, Blue, and another hard cheese or two, depending on size. Fig cake, nuts, olives, membrillo, and bread included.
